Job summary

JST is seeking a Senior Acquisition Training Lead to develop training material, manage the LMS, and deliver trainings in a hybrid role with partial telework and in-office weeks in Washington, DC. The role requires expertise in FAR/DFARS, adult learning, and instructional design, plus experience with Confluence and PIEE.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• DAWIA Level II, CFCM or equivalent certification.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Create acquisition training material and desk guides.
• Maintain LMS and training database; conduct trainings.
• Digest policy updates and develop concise training content.
