Job summary

ACET, a Veteran Owned small business, is seeking a Senior Acquisition Management Analyst to lead lifecycle acquisition efforts for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. You will serve as the strategic SME and primary author for high-visibility milestones, ensuring total compliance with DoD directives while shaping the program's mission readiness.

In this role you will draft and review Acquisition Strategy Reports, PIDs, PWSs, and APBAs, synthesize program data for executive briefs, and

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of direct experience in DoD acquisition management or program analysis.
• Exceptional executive writing capabilities and strong analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, draft, and finalize complex program milestone documentation in line with DoD directives.
• Architect and manage defense documentation including ASRs, PIDs, PWS, CDRLs, and APBAs.
• Evaluate procedures and contractor documentation to mitigate risk and meet mission requirements.
• Prepare executive briefs and official NAVAIR correspondence for reviews and milestones.
• Represent the program in formal reviews and stakeholder working groups.
