Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sr Acquisition Program Manager at Wright-Patterson AFB to provide SME support in acquisition management and logistics for advanced aircraft systems. You will lead the development and execution of acquisition strategies, budgets, and documentation for KC-46 Production Extension (PEx) and Mobility Futures, interfacing with engineering, logistics, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 12–15 years of acquisition management experience in DoD or related field.
• Deep knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex acquisition programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program acquisition processes per DoD policies.
• Develop acquisition strategies, plans, and documentation (RFPs and tech evals).
• Manage statements of work, CDRLs and Data Rights/IP.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Provide SME guidance on risk, cost estimation, and contracting.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare program status reports for senior leadership.
• Support test and evaluation planning and execution.
