Job summary

BryceTech LLC in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to provide acquisition management and program support for U.S. Space Force missions. You will analyze acquisition data, coordinate across stakeholders, and develop decision-quality products for Government leadership.

This role requires deep DoD acquisition knowledge, TS/SCI eligibility, and 20+ years of relevant experience. You will lead cross‑functional teams and ensure timely execution of acquisition priorities.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in acquisition, program management, business management, or operations, preferably DoD/space.
• PMT 4010 Certificate or predecessor course for DoD ACAT I/II knowledge.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes for space launch, ground, and sustainment.
• Experience analyzing complex program information for leadership.
• Experience coordinating tasks, action items, and suspense across multiple orgs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management and program analysis support for complex DoD space programs.
• Coordinate acquisition activities, priorities, taskers, and program actions with the Engine Room and Strategy Cell.
• Analyze cost, schedule, performance, and requirements data to identify trends, risks, and impacts.
• Synthesize information into concise summaries, briefings, and executive-level materials.
• Track workflow, suspense dates, and deliverables across government and partners.
• Support development of recommendations and courses of action.
