Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to support Space Force programs from El Segundo, CA.

The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance management of DoD acquisitions, coordinating taskers, consolidating stakeholder responses, and briefing leadership. The ideal candidate will have active TS/SCI eligibility, 15+ years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong communication, budgeting, and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility at time of application.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Strong communication, planning, budgeting, and programming skills.
• Ability to assess and consolidate technical and programmatic inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using TMT and MS Office Suite in a DoD or Space Force/Air Force environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Space Force acquisition activities for Space Force programs in El Segundo, CA.
• Manage the cost, schedule, and performance of DoD acquisitions from the commercial, industrial, and/or military perspective.
• Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison with Directorate Leadership and external offices.
• Prepare briefing slides for weekly leadership council meetings.
• Advise leadership on the status of assigned deliverables.
