Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to provide acquisition management and program support to U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, CA.

You will analyze acquisition information, coordinate actions across stakeholders, and develop decision-ready products for Government leadership. Responsibilities include tracking taskers, supporting program execution, and coordinating across contractors and mission partners, with exposure to cost, schedule, and performance data

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI eligibility or equivalent level is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 20+ years of experience in acquisition/program management or related DoD/space domains.
• Experience supporting DoD ACAT I and II programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DoD reporting systems.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication using DoD/Space Force terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management and program analysis for complex DoD space programs.
• Coordinate with Engine Room and Strategy Cell for priorities and actions.
• Analyze program data to identify risks, trends, and impacts.
• Prepare concise summaries, briefings, and decision materials.
• Track workflow, suspense dates, and deliverables across agencies.
• Support acquisition planning, requirements development, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop recommendations and actions by evaluating program information.
