HII – Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support a position located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. TS/SCI clearance is required as well as SAP Experience.

This individual will apply program management and systems engineering expertise to projects and program challenges, advising project leads on acquisition management. • Draft high-quality acquisition documentation.
• Coordinate digital transformation strategies within program needs.
• Coordinate and execute program management assignments and activities.
• Oversee program/project integration.

Job Description

HII – Mission Technologies is looking for a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support a position located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. TS/SCI clearance is required as well as SAP Experience. This individual will a pply program management and systems engineering expertise to projects and program challenges, and advise project leads and project engineers on all matters of acquisition management. Additionally, they will advise program leadership on strategic planning regarding capability development and demonstration on the program and provide oversight of program information assurance tasks associated with classified networks and report status directly to the program manager.

• Develop and maintain a program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Support the program director from time to time at executive levels within the government and other contractor organizations, including major program reviews, inspections, conferences, and other program evaluations and major milestone events.
• Manage interactions and cultivate relationships between the program office, supporting government offices, other contractors, and higher headquarters mid to upper-level staff.
• Apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines to effectively assist programs to deliver and sustain USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of acquisition effectiveness and compliance.
• Develop and draft high quality acquisition documentation.
• Interpret department and center digital transformation strategies and tailor implementation according to program and portfolio needs.
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate program management assignments and activities.
• Manage program/project integration.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• Experience in early acquisition technology management
• Experience in technology transition pre-milestone B
• Experience with electronic warfare or software-based capabilities
• Strong communication between multiple stakeholders across multiple projects
• Experience managing multiple small technology development efforts
• Experience working across multiple classification levels
