Qualifications

• 7+ years in DTC performance marketing, ideally with early‑career analyst roots.
• Deep Meta expertise with a platform‑generalist mindset.
• Track record of independently owning a paid acquisition program end‑to‑end.
• Brand and customer‑first approach to acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Ridwell's Meta advertising program with data‑driven decisions.
• Diversify acquisition mix beyond Meta; test and scale new platforms.
• Build and manage a UGC/creator content pipeline for assets.
• Partner with lifecycle, brand, and other growth leads to align with member experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and forecast spend against targets.
• Own budget planning and forecasting for the acquisition program.
