Qualifications

• Proven track record incubating BD motions in enterprise sales.
• Ability to scale sales motions across a large sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM and BD for the acquisition business.
• Own developing, activating, and delivering the GTM plan with output/input goals.
• Incubate new BD motions based on customer signals with sales and stakeholders.
• Package successful motions into scalable sales motions and enable sales.
• Build closed loop mechanisms to convert signals into opportunities.
• Lead Acquisition business reviews with sales leaders and NAMER leadership.
• Embed AI tools to multiply impact across GTM planning and execution.
