Job summary

OST INC is seeking a Sr Acquisition Analyst to support DoD and federal acquisition actions for Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). You will coordinate with government staff, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure compliant, well-documented procurements aligned with cost, schedule, and performance goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in DoD acquisition, with hands-on experience in SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, market research, and program management, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Acquisition Management, Contracting, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting acquisition or contracting activities within a DoD or Federal environment
• Development and review of SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs
• Market research and acquisition planning
• Contract action and deliverable tracking
• Proposal evaluation support
• Coordination with contracting offices and technical teams
• Active Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Acquisition and programmatic support for planning, developing, executing and managing acquisition actions for TADSS
• Support development, review, and coordination of SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs and related docs
• Track contract actions, modifications, funding milestones, and prepare reports
• Evaluate proposals and coordinate with technical teams and contracting offices
