Opportunity
- Provide counsel to government customers on developing and refining acquisition pathways for prototypes and ensuring external stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Maintain visibility on current status of cost, performance, and schedule of Integrated Fires Protection Capability – High Energy Laser and High-Powered Microwave programs.
- Use leadership guidance and intent to ensure consistent messaging to external stakeholders on matters affecting program execution.
- Attend and participate in organizational staff calls, stand-ups, project office tag-ups, working groups, IPRs, or similar events; capture, assess, and monitor action items; and support resolution processes and draft responses to inquiries based on assigned actions.
- Assist with daily operations and prioritization of events through coordination, consolidation, and collaboration of information across various functions and stakeholders.
- Maintain operational calendars and recommend solutions to resolve issues or conflicts; coordinate changes and impacts with guidance from senior operations personnel.
- Create, compose, consolidate, and review documentation—e.g., correspondence, briefings, responses to inquiries, and talking points—for correctness, format, spelling, and grammar prior to routing for approval.
- Support program updates and assist in developing executive-level briefings including accomplishments, risks, and challenges; coordinate key documents such as white papers, conduct preparatory meetings, distribute read-ahead materials, and ensure timely submission of finalized documentation for leadership forums.
- Coordinate with and brief senior leadership within the Army and other Service Partners.
Opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following): Serve as a
Senior Acquisition Analyst supporting a high-visibility defense program focused on the rapid and efficient research, development, prototyping, testing, evaluation, procurement, and transition of critical enabling technologies and capabilities that address near- and mid-term threats. Primary responsibilities include support to project office operations, such as:

Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Active Clearance
- Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritze and work multiple tasks.
Desired Qualifications
- DAU Project Manager (PM) Level IV Practitioner or higher
- 10 years of acquisition experience with major defense program
- Experience developing information papers and decision briefings
- Experience serving and managing mission/information demands of executive members of the Army or DoD staff
- Knowledge of DOD 5000 and JCIDS process and tailoring methodologies
- Experience with Middle Tier of Acquisition (MT A)
- Ability to work in dynamic environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
