Job summary

Tower Federal Credit Union in Laurel, MD seeks an ACH Representative to process daily ACH transactions and research exceptions with accuracy. You will support members and staff via phone or email while complying with NACHA rules and internal policies.

Level II may lead tasks, mentor others, and cross-train for broader coverage. AAP certification is preferred, as is 5+ years’ ACH processing experience. Shift includes a rotating schedule and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Level I ACH processing experience preferred.
• Level II requires Associate degree and AAP certification preferred; 5+ years ACH processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process daily ACH transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Interact with members and frontline staff via phone or email.
• Handle exceptions, conduct research, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain records and statistics for trend analysis.
• Lead tasks and support cross-training within levels I and II.
