Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Experience managing commercial collections and aging accounts.
• Strong understanding of cash application and account reconciliations.
• Ability to research and resolve billing disputes independently.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

One of our clients in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Collections professional to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and work collaboratively with both customers and internal teams to resolve issues and accelerate collections.

Key Responsibilities
