Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Accounts Receivable, you will guide a team, drive KPI reporting, and ensure timely, accurate postings across the CoS and customer master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of AR or credit management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train team members to meet KPIs.
• Implement and enforce Nestlé internal AR controls.
• Oversee credit master data attributes and customer master data.
• Provide regular KPI reporting and risk analysis.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage offshore shared service activities as applicable.
