Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the Credit and AR Administration Department, including Direct-to-Consumer reconciliations, credit card processing, and misdirected receivables. You will interact with Credit Management, Finance, Customer Service, and customers to ensure accurate ledgers and timely settlements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/Accounting/Finance and at least three years in AR, with preferred experience in CPG and SAP AR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• Minimum of three years in Accounts Receivable required and bankruptcy experience preferred.
• Experience in the CPG industry preferred.
• SAP accounts receivable system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative functions of the Credit Department including payment reconciliation for Direct-to-Consumer business and resolving variations between orders/invoices and settlements.
• Execute various clearings from AR to other balance sheet accounts to ensure Trade Receivable balance integrity and other accounts.
• Analyze and approve misdirected cash and deduction transfers between operating companies to ensure proper accounting of trade receivable balances.
• B2B credit card processing, including customer registration, authorization blocks, and reconciliation of chargebacks.
• Support doubtful account management including transfers from Trade receivables to doubtful receivables and bad debt expense; negotiate settlements as appropriate.
• Interact with Credit Management, Customer Service, Outside Legal Counsel, and Nestlé customers.
• Assist on department projects and perform other duties as required.
