Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Accounting Software provider to resolve issues.
• Research and resolve accounts payable issues.
• Enforce month end deadlines and pay dates to ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Ensure compliance for tax forms such as 1099s.
• Instructs and trains other accounts payable staff.
