Job summary

Alia Services is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Representative (AR Representative III) for a 100% remote, full-time role within Accounts Receivable / Finance. You will own complex AR tasks, drive collections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues for global clients.

Ideal candidates have extensive B2B AR experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 18–24+ months of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Invoice Management: manage invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and related activities.
• Vendor Communication & Account Resolution: respond to vendors, resolve payment discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Payment Processing & Vendor Maintenance: process payments (ACH, checks, wires), set up vendors, and maintain records.
• Reconciliation, Accruals & Reporting: monthly accruals, reconcile statements, and support month-end processes.
• Concur & Expense Management: approve reimbursements in Concur and ensure documentation.
• Systems, Testing & Process Support: work with NetSuite, Concur, and other AP systems; support process validation.
• BWS Dedicated AP Responsibilities: manage BWS invoice intake, AP queues, and LTL vouching; ensure compliance and accuracy.
