Techmer PM, a leading materials design firm, seeks a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist for our Clinton, TN headquarters on 1st shift with a pay rate of $25.50 and up depending on experience.

The role emphasizes timely, accurate AP processing and strong communication with internal and external customers. Responsibilities include processing invoices and receivers, matching to invoices in ERP, scanning documents, handling recurring payments, printing and mailing checks, and coordinating with the GL

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business with emphasis in accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable processing 50-100 invoices per day, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and receivers.
• Match receivers with invoices in ERP system and enter into ERP.
• Scan invoices and packing slips; pull utility bills.
• Enter recurring payments (rent, leases, insurance) into AP ERP system.
• Print and mail checks; interface with GL team to ensure payments clear.
