Job summary

Experitec Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team in a hybrid Chesterfield, MO role. You will manage full-cycle AP, process supplier invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements while maintaining strong controls and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Experience with PO and non-PO invoices and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume PO and non-PO supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and documentation.
• Manage AP mailbox and invoice workflow queues.
• Process supplier credits and other vendor transactions.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support audits, travel expenses, and supplier communications.
• Identify improvements to AP processes and controls.
