Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an Accounts Payable Senior Associate to join the Finance team. You will manage end-to-end AP processes, ensure accurate vendor payments, and support IPO readiness and audits in a fast-growing tech company.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in AP, strong ERP and Excel skills, and excellent communication. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of accounts payable or broader accounting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong understanding of AP processes including three-way matching and payment runs.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP operations and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Maintain internal controls and scale payables as the business grows.
• Support IPO readiness and audit preparation in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
