Job summary

Fluidstack is building a next-generation finance infrastructure in San Francisco, including NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks and Pigment. You will own end-to-end integrations, run implementations, and design the data contracts that move finance data reliably across systems.

You will gather accountants’ requirements, translate them into configurations, and lead testing and cutover with a focus on SOX-compliant, scalable processes. A lean, high-impact finance team awaits.

Qualifications

• Delivered finance system implementations or integrations end to end.
• Replaced manual data flows with automated ones that survive close.
• Gathers requirements from accountants and translates them into working configuration.
• Tests like close depends on it.
• Manages vendors and system integrators to outcomes, not hours.
• Bonus: NetSuite depth incl. SuiteScript, iPaaS tools, Pigment or planning platforms, SOX-aware design.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems integration: connections between NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment, banks, and operational systems.
• Run implementations end to end: requirements, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Build the integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and data contracts, so finance data moves without CSV heroics.
• Keep month-end unbreakable: monitoring, error handling, and fixes before accounting notices.
