Aurora is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to own end-to-end AP in NetSuite, lead AI-powered automation, and ensure SOX compliance while scaling financial operations. You will collaborate across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Legal to optimize processes and resolve complex vendor issues.

The role emphasizes cross-functional project work, data-driven reporting, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Hands-on NetSuite expertise — bill entry, vendor management, saved searches, reporting, and period-close processes.
• Direct experience with SOX compliance in an AP environment, including control ownership and audit support.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or managing AP automation tools (OCR, workflow automation, AI-assisted processing).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication with leadership and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite processing: vendor records, payment runs, and period-close activities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide real-time AP visibility and KPIs.
• Drive AI automation initiatives and manage integrations with NetSuite.
• Own AP SOX controls and support audits with documentation and walkthroughs.
• Manage cross-functional AP projects and vendor issue resolution with stakeholders.
