Job summary

SmarTek21 is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive - Service & Technology Solutions to drive new business development across the United States, selling IT services, resourcing, design and technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise level organizations, and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities include targeting C-level executives, building strategic partnerships with pre-sales and delivery teams, and achieving quota-driven revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional B2B technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience selling IT Services and or Team Resourcing for or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of success selling recurring technology services (MSP, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity models).
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas, with proof points managing $4.0M+ in annual book of business.
• Executive presence with strong communication, consultative presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into measurable technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business owners.
• Sell comprehensive solutions including managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, account activity, and revenue forecasting within Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Partner with ST21 technical pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to scope and structure client proposals.
• Execute structured ramp milestones across the first 90 days, including target account list development, pipeline generation, partner referral networking, and closing initial business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, selling IT Services, Resourcing, Design and Technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise level organizations across the US, managing the full sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue quotas. Will be structured by vertical based on your expertise for account targeting.

• Domain expertise across It Services, ERP systems, MSP, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Network Infrastructure, Help Desk/Service Desk, Backup & Disaster Recovery,
• Experience managing multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns and partner referral networks.
• Working proficiency with modern CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 annually

Additional Compensation: Commission structure and performance bonus
