Job summary

SmarTek21, LLC. in the United States seeks a seasoned B2B technology sales professional to drive nationwide mid-market and enterprise opportunities.

You will sell integrated managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, and Microsoft solutions to CIOs, IT leaders, and business owners. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing, while consistently hitting aggressive quotas.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional B2B technology sales experience.
• 5+ years selling IT services or team resourcing for IT solutions.
• Proven track record of recurring tech services sales (MSP/SaaS/cloud/cybersecurity).
• History of meeting/exceeding quotas; $4M+ annual book of business.
• Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Translate complex business challenges into measurable technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outbound prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to scope proposals.
• Execute ramp milestones in first 90 days: target accounts, pipeline, referrals, and closing.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise level sectors nationwide.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business owners.
• Sell comprehensive solutions including managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, account activity, and revenue forecasting within Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Partner with ST21 technical pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to scope and structure client proposals.
• Execute structured ramp milestones across the first 90 days, including target account list development, pipeline generation, partner referral networking, and closing initial business.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of professional B2B technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience selling IT Services and or Team Resourcing foror IT solutions.
• Proven track record of success selling recurring technology services (MSP, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity models).
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas, with proof points managing $4.0M+ in annual book of business.
• Executive presence with strong communication, consultative presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into measurable technology outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain expertise across It Services, ERP systems, MSP, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Network Infrastructure, Help Desk/Service Desk, Backup & Disaster Recovery,
• Experience managing multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns and partner referral networks.
• Working proficiency with modern CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 annually

Additional Compensation: Commission structure and performance bonus

• Work Arrangement: Remote or Hybrid (dependent on hire location)

• Travel Requirements: Travel as required, up to 20%
