Job summary

Evolus is seeking an experienced Sr. Accounting & Transformation Manager to lead accounting process improvements, automation initiatives, and high-quality financial reporting.

The role focuses on US GAAP, SOX compliance, and global accounting operations with a strong emphasis on collaboration with the International team and external auditors. You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee month-end close, and partner with cross-functional leaders to implement best practices, standards, and new

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Active CPA credential required.
Experience with AI-driven process improvements.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 718 stock-based compensation.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting transformation initiatives to improve close speed, quality, and automation.
Own month-end close optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and stock-based compensation analyses.
Coordinate with International accounting and support SOX/GAAP compliance.
Assist with international audits and statutory filings (UK) as needed.
Partner with Legal, HR, and Payroll for annual disclosures.
