Qualifications

• Five years in public accounting, technical accounting, accounting policy, or SEC reporting.
• CPA required; MBA is a plus.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of accounting policy framework.
• Research and document accounting treatment for complex transactions.
• Support SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators on technical accounting matters.
