This role supports month-end closings, posts entries to the general ledger, and ensures accurate accounts payable and receivable processing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 3+ years in accounting, experience with automated payroll systems (Dayforce preferred), and strong Excel skills.

• Post entries to the general ledger accurately and balance accounts.

• Support weekly payroll processing and month-end closings.
• Maintain payroll and accounting records with proper documentation.
