Job summary

Earned is seeking a hands‑on Senior Accounting Operations Manager to own the core accounting engine of a fast‑growing, multi‑entity platform. You will lead day‑to‑day accounting operations in NetSuite, including the close, cash and treasury management, and tax compliance support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years hands‑on in NetSuite (OneWorld/multi‑subsidiary strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of direct experience in cash/treasury management and tax compliance support.
• Strong command of US GAAP, month‑end close, and account reconciliation best practices.
• Experience in a professional services, or consulting environment with recurring or service‑based revenue.
• 3+ years of managing accounting staff.
• Advanced Excel skills. Comfort with saved searches and building NetSuite reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany accounting, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation.
• Maintain complete, well‑documented reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, and resolve reconciling items on time.
• Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements and flux analysis for management.
