Job summary

OneEnergy is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to lead end-to-end financial processes, including the month-end close, cost accounting, revenue, COGS, and inventory. You will manage GL, treasury, and systems governance while driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

The role requires 7+ years of accounting experience, leadership能力, and a practical, collaborative approach in a hybrid work environment. Location includes Boulder, CO with multiple locations mentioned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's a plus.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with ownership of operational accounting and close.
• 4+ years leading the close and evaluating reconciliations and analyses.
• 4+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational accounting including cost accounting, revenue, COGS, inventory, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, AR, AP, and GL, ensuring GAAP-compliance.
• Own monthly close and reporting, with nine business days or less close target and strong documentation.
• Oversee treasury and cash management, including liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Manage Systems Accountant and team, including Sage Intacct configuration and data integrity.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies; support audits.
