Qualifications

• Teach and mentor Accounting and Finance personnel in their accounting skills development.
• Develop detailed knowledge of industry-specific financial structures such as event closings and show settlements.
• Develop forecast models and annual budgets for each location.
• Serve as backup for DOF when necessary.

## Senior Accounting Manager- Richmond RegionApply: Richmond, VA: Full time: Posted Today: R100125821**Richmond Region Senior Accounting Manager****Job Description** The Senior Accounting Manager position will cover Accounting and Finance related duties for three Legends Global Clients in Richmond Va: RPAC – Altria and Dominion Energy CentersVCU – Siegel CenterHenrico County Sports Authority – Henrico County Sports Complex The amount of time allocated to each client will vary based on need and set by The Director of Finance and the Senior Accounting Manager.The range of duties is as follows:1) Primary responsibility for accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reporting working with the accounting department personnel to ensure proper accounting controls and GAAP are in place2) Coordinate annual audits with client external audits3) Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems as necessary4) Teach and mentor Accounting and Finance personnel in their accounting skills development5) Develop strong working relationships with client counterparts6) Develop detailed knowledge of industry specific financial structures such as event closings and show settlements7) Participate with the DOF in developing forecast models and annual budgets for each location8) Develop working relationships with management teams of each location and become a trusted financial advisor9) Work with the DOF to develop “CFO” capabilities beyond accounting technical skills to build a well-rounded skill set necessary for career advancement10) Serve as backup for DOF when necessary11) Other duties as assigned. **Compensation-**Salary 95K-115K
