Qualifications

• Primary responsibility for accurate monthly and annual financial reporting in GAAP.
• Coordinate annual audits with client external audits.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems as necessary.
• Teach and mentor Accounting and Finance personnel in their accounting skills development.
• Develop detailed knowledge of industry-specific financial structures such as event closings and show settlements.
• Develop forecast models and annual budgets for each location.
• Serve as backup for DOF when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely and compliant financial reporting for three client sites.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to ensure strong internal controls.
• Support annual audit processes with external auditors.
• Provide coaching to junior accounting staff on GAAP and processes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining location-level budgets and forecasts.
