Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience in software/SaaS or fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Excel and NetSuite; ability to adapt to new software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization across multiple projects.
• Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review revenue on a monthly basis for accuracy and research discrepancies.
• Manage expense platform TripActions: issue virtual cards, approve expense reports, update NetSuite, and transfer expenses to NetSuite.
• Handle month-end close and prepare financial statements with notes for Finance team review.
• Oversee staff accountant: training, approving and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and AP submissions.
• Gather support for annual audit and answer inquiries from auditors; prepare year-end financial statements.
• Ensure smooth transfer to new software when needed to streamline processes.
