Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Proven FAR overhead / indirect cost rate experience and audit support.
• Ownership of full-cycle accounts payable, vendor management, and corporate card / T&E.
• Strong ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close, reporting & leadership: ensure timely month-end close and accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain FAR-compliant indirect cost rate schedules and audits support.
• Own end-to-end accounts payable, vendor management, and 1099 processes.
• Manage corporate card program, T&E policy, and expense governance.
• Drive process improvements and ERP automation, including AP workflow.
• Support M&A integration relating to payables, vendors, and controls.
