Pilgrim’s is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee all financial activities for pullets, breeders, hatcheries, feed mill, broilers and live haul. The role includes supervising a clerical staff, preparing financial reports and KPIs, and coordinating budgets with live operations managers.

• 5+ years accounting experience, poultry industry preferred
• Strong analytical accounting abilities
• Proficient with Excel and Word; SAP/ERP experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clerical staff of 4–6 personnel
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and KPIs for the complex
• Coordinate budgeting with live operations managers; perform budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Manage grower pay, purchase of outside birds, and special flocks accounting
• Ensure accurate inventory and fixed asset reporting for all cost centers
• Comply with Sarbanes–Oxley reporting requirements for live production
• Communicate results to management daily/weekly/monthly
