Jobot is seeking a Controller (Manufacturing) to lead the accounting team, implement robust financial controls, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. The role oversees the accounting department, drives budgeting and forecasting, and coordinates with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree and/or CPA certification preferred.
• Experience leading accounting teams and implementing financial controls.
• Proficient with Oracle and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting department operations and design org structure to meet goals.
• Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance.
• Develop and implement best practices for financial management and control.
• Produce accurate, timely financial reports and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and audits.
