Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Close Process Leadership: Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Compliance & Audit: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure financial records adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and tracking financial trends to support decision-making.
• Team Support: Mentor, guide, or supervise junior accounting staff and improve accounting procedures.
