Capstone is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead client accounting delivery across our CAS practice. You will direct the internal accounting team, optimize workflows, and ensure superior client experiences while maintaining compliance.

Your leadership will drive staff development, process improvements, and strong client partnerships. You will oversee monthly closings, review financial statements, and manage onboarding for new CAS clients, including complex integrations and advisory

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience with US small businesses.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Certified QBO ProAdvisor and real-world QuickBooks Online experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and assist with monthly client accounting closures for timeliness and accuracy.
• Direct internal accounting and bookkeeping team, including workload and staffing schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and monitor staff efficiency and accuracy.
• Review and approve client financial statements prior to delivery.
• Lead onboarding of new CAS clients, including complex integrations and conversions.
• Implement software changes or improved workflows as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem solving.
• Lead staff training and ongoing education for accounting personnel.
• Document processes and responsibilities for SOPs.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
