Capstone is seeking a Director of Client Advisory Services to lead the CAS department, including bookkeeping, payroll, and outsourced CFO services. This senior role drives growth, staff development, and client satisfaction through strategic leadership and strong financial oversight.

You will set objectives, manage pricing strategies, and report on KPIs while partnering with firm leadership to achieve strategic goals. Excellent communication and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client advisory services, public accounting, or related fields.
• 3+ years in a leadership role (Manager level or higher).
• Proven expertise in managing and scaling a CAS business, including bookkeeping, payroll, and outsourced CFO services.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and commercial initiatives to drive growth of the CAS business through new client acquisition.
• Develop and execute the department’s strategic plan in alignment with the organization’s goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of the CAS, bookkeeping, and payroll teams to ensure efficiency and quality of service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, offering strategic financial guidance.
• Monitor and manage the department’s budget, profitability, and financial performance.
