Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred for advanced leadership.
• 7+ years in client advisory services or public accounting; 3+ years in leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing and commercial initiatives to grow CAS through new client acquisition.
• Develop and execute the department's strategic plan and objectives for CAS, bookkeeping, and payroll teams.
• Oversee daily operations of CAS, bookkeeping, and payroll teams to ensure efficiency and quality.
