Job summary

TOTE Resources LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead the general accounting team, ensure accurate records, and uphold strong internal controls in a shared services setup.

Responsibilities include monthly close, budgeting support, audits, and tax coordination, with a focus on GAAP compliance and efficient financial reporting. Hybrid work flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 7–10 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting team in a shared services environment.
• Supervise staff including interviewing, hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate monthly financial close and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Develop and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide guidance on accounting systems and management reporting.
• Participate in annual budgeting and forecasts with management.
• Assist with year-end audits and tax schedule coordination.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
