Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 7–10 years of accounting experience with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting team in a shared services environment.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate monthly close to GAAP compliance and reconcile balance sheets.
• Develop and improve internal controls and policies.
• Provide guidance on accounting systems and management reporting.
• Support annual budget, forecasts, and the audit process.
• Oversee tax schedules and government reports; assist audits.
