Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Financial Accounting Manager to lead and develop a hands-on accounting team in Fargo, ND. This role requires rolling up sleeves and coaching while ensuring accurate financial reporting and GAAP compliance, with a focus on process improvement and strong internal controls.

You will oversee month-end close, financial statements, and partner with finance and operations leadership to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong close, reporting, reconciliation, and U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team.
