Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Manager of Accounting & Financial Operations in Menasha, WI. You will lead the day-to-day accounting functions, drive GAAP-compliant reporting, and guide a growing accounting team across multiple entities.

You will own closes, internal controls, automation initiatives, and partnerships with finance, IT, and operations to improve processes and reporting insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in accounting.
• GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience.
• ERP systems experience with financial reporting tools.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes.
• Review journal entries and financial statements for accuracy.
