Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• CPA license is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical or cross-functional teams.
• GAAP expertise and strong ledger, journal entry, and reconciliation skills.
• Experience leading audit processes and budget forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day accounting operations across jurisdictions.
• Oversees complex reconciliations and journal entries; acts as escalation point.
• Directs month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Manages data requests from external stakeholders and regulators.
• Supports regulatory filings and financial forecasting.
• Leads a team of accounting staff and oversees performance decisions.
• Develops internal controls and process improvements.
