The role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports group reporting, audits, inventory/cost accounting, and tax compliance. You will supervise accounting staff, coordinate with group reporting, audits, and tax, own the close calendar, prepare journal entries, reconcile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including full close and financial reporting.
• Prior supervisory or accounting team leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the designated close process and calendar, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review balance sheet, income statement, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate intercompany activity, A/R/A/P reviews, and fixed assets records.
• Support group reporting, audits, inventory/cost accounting, and tax compliance.
• Supervise and coach Accounting staff; allocate work and monitor performance.
• Assist process and ERP improvements and special accounting projects.
