Job summary

XDOF is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager/Director of Accounting to own day-to-day operations and ensure accurate, timely, audit-ready financial reporting in a fast-moving tech environment.

The role bridges daily transactions with reliable reporting, leading month-end/year-end close, coordinating external audits, and driving budgeting and cash-flow planning. A CPA and 7+ years of experience are required to align with Big 4 discipline in a global setting.

Qualifications

• CPA and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, cash reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure deadlines.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, tax requirements, policies, and internal controls.
• Review results, investigate variances, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Coordinate external audits and provide schedules and documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and planning.
• Assist with tax filings, regulatory reporting, and special projects.
• Implement and maintain robust accounting policies and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and support growth.
• Leverage technology to enhance accounting efficiency.
