Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrated experience managing month-end close and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages and supporting schedules.
• Conduct monthly financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring correction.
• Perform and review account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, including allocations and coding.
• Manage revenue recognition processes and commission reporting.
• Support budget development and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial variances compared to budget and provide actionable insights.
• Manage multiple QuickBooks company files and ensure proper system utilization.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Assist with audit preparation and external reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls, accounting processes, and procedures.
• Produce various financial and operational reporting deliverables.
• Support cross-functional stakeholders with financial data and analysis.
