Job summary

Keelson-Management is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the general ledger, month-end close, and consolidation processes in a fast-paced, global corporate setting. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile bank activity, manage fixed assets, and support audits while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a strong grasp of US GAAP, 4+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. This is a full-time position based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• +4 years in full-cycle corporate accounting or public accounting.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the month-end close and consolidation process.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank activity.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and fixed assets.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Mentor staff accountants and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate across AP, AR, Tax, and Revenue functions.
• Utilize accounting systems to ensure accuracy.
• Provide complex analysis for non-routine transactions.
