Job summary

ARKRAY, based in Plano, TX, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and support strategic financial planning with executive leadership. This role partners with cross-functional teams and leads continuous process improvements.

The position requires 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP system skills, and a CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting, budgeting, and GL management.
• CPA certification (preferred).
• Experience managing annual audits and working with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial reports.
• Develop and maintain internal controls for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate audits and serve as primary contact for auditors/tax professionals.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff; drive process improvements.
