Milton Hershey School is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee month-end, quarterly and annual close processes, audits, and tax form preparation. This on-site role in Hershey, PA offers a salary range of $83,000–$111,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, CPA, and at least 8 years of accounting leadership experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (PeopleSoft).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong GAAP, financial reporting, and audits.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Manage Form 990, NAIS reporting, and audit deliverables.
• Serve as SME for PeopleSoft (Financials & GL).
• Partner with HR/Finance on system integration and reporting.
• Oversee cash management & banking activities.
• Provide leadership across accounting and shared services.
